What Air Conditioner Maintenance Includes
Inside the Home:
Check thermostat and system operation
Level and calibrate thermostat (if needed)
Check and clean filters
Inspect float safety switch
Check all duct connections for air leakage
Inspect blower motor and bearings
Monitor fan motor and bearings
Inspect fan motor for operating temperature
Tighten all electrical connections
Check air flow at each vent
Inspect electrical heater for proper operation
Check blower capacitor for proper power output
Inspect all wiring and connections
Inspect and all test system transformers, relays, contractors and controls
Check and adjust blower speed
Treat drain
Surface clean the indoor coil
Duct sanitizing (roto brush cleaning not included)
