“I rated them 5 stars because that’s as high as I could go but that doesn’t do them justice. My a/c went out on a Fri night (of course). Juan was so friendly. He came out Sat and showed me the problem. He had a new system delivered that night and installed the next morning! He helped me with financing and even loaned us his own personal portable unit so we didn’t have to spend another night in misery! He went above and beyond his duty! The job was long and tedious but they did not lose concentration on the job at hand and showed true professionalism. They answered all of my questions and went out of their way to put up with a demanding homeowner (me).
